The About Pets Center prides itself, not only on the beauty of our facility, but on the quality of continuous care that we provide our guests. Special acoustics, hospital-grade air systems, filtered water, relaxing music and state-of-the-art cleaning and drainage systems assure that our guests are maintained in a spotless, relaxing environment. Kurunda™ orthopedic beds and fleece blankets assure that our guests have the opportunity for a quiet comfortable rest in our grand style sweeping Chateaus. Daily walks and play dates are provided, as well as, continuous play times in the Zen Garden or the Butterfly Garden. Doggie Park Passes may be purchased for clients who want to use our beautiful, 1 acre Doggie Play Park. Sunshine is provided for free!

The About Pets Center offers major brands of quality dog and cat food, as recommended by our Veterinarian consultants, for sale in the boutique for your convenience.

In order to avoid digestive upset such as vomiting or runny stool, we ask that you pre-package your pet's food into AM and PM feedings in zip-lock bags with your pet's name. Please do not bring extra food as we do not have storage space and we do not return unused pet food.

For those who prefer The Royal Treatment, our Regency Chateaus are larger and more private accommodations for those of our guests that require the ultimate in luxury and privacy. These Chateaus have magnificent custom bedding, oriental rugs, toy chests filled with all types of stimulating toys, mood music and special selections from our extensive pet video library played on their own private in-room television. The Regency Chateaus are reserved for the ultimate pampered pets. Reservations are taken for these private accommodations on a first reservation basis.

Our staff members, who care for our pet clients, are certified by the Pet Care Services Association PCSA. Tours of our facility are given on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between the hours of 10:00am and 3:00pm. These times have been set aside so that the pet guests will not be interrupted during their scheduled activities. If these times do not fit your schedule, please call for an appointment. We DO NOT give tours on Saturdays, Sundays or busy holiday weekends.
